Fifth Sunday in Lent
This Sunday is the Fifth Sunday of Lent. The readings this Sunday speak of the new covenant, Jesus’ obedience which brings our salvation, and Jesus foretells how he will glorify God by suffering death for our salvation. We learn that by serving others we to can give glory to God. We’re most blessed to share Holy Communion together, physically or spiritually, feeding by faith with thanksgiving on the One who laid down his life for us, so that we may have his life within us always.
We’re also nourishing our souls through the Sacrament of Holy Eucharist. We have the wonderful blessing of sharing Holy Communion together, physically or spiritually, feeding by faith with thanksgiving on the One who laid down his life for us, so that we may have his life within us always.
When our Liturgy ends, the service begins, with a “Sending” forth into the world to share, in word and in deed, the love of God with joy, in the power of the Holy Spirit, in word and in deed.
We look forward to sharing our service with you all this Sunday!
